Phillip Bicker
Co-Founder
Phill is one of the Founding Partners of EasyBuyer and brings a wealth of residential real estate knowledge and expertise. He is a Colorado native and has in-depth knowledge of all property types and neighborhoods throughout the Greaeter Denver and Colorado Springs areas.
Before real estate, Phill graduated with his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, then got his CPA license, and immediately went to work for Ernst & Young in Denver. After gaining insights into successful business strategies, Phill left Ernst & Young to purchase and improve a Which Wich in Denver.
As both a real estate investor and flipper himself, he loves to discuss investments and different strategies to use to acquire properties and develop wealth using real estate.
Phill is a devoted husband and father of two young daughters and a son. Whenever he is not analyzing properties for his clients or himself, he loves spending time with his family at home or in the mountains as often as he can whether snowboarding, hiking, or just enjoying the peace and quiet. While still a novice, Phill loves running long distance and even convinced his wife to join him with their marathon together at the New York City Marathon.

Calvin Lennberg
Co-Founder
Calvin is a native to the state he loves: Colorado. He enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoor lifestyle and activities that the state offers. He loves doing so with his wife Mikaela and their three beautiful children.
Calvin is an avid, experienced cyclist and power sports enthusiast and spends any free time he can carve out of his busy professional life to enjoy riding Colorado’s back roads and paths, or boating in its beautiful mountain lakes.
Calvin graduated from Colorado State University Magna Cum Laude Bachelors of Business with an emphasis in financial planning, he shortly after passed the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and has practiced financial planning for over 10 years.
Calvin applies his expert investment experience and analysis to his real estate career and has done so for years helping his clients make informed and smart decisions in real estate.
Landon Bellum
Marketing Manager
Landon is the manager of all things marketing for the EasyBuyer team. He graduated with a degree in Business – Marketing with a minor in Latin American Languages from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Due to Landon’s competitive nature, he enjoys sitting down for hours at a time playing board games. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as lacrosse, snowboarding, and pickleball.
